Our dividend distribution policy

The Shareholders' Meeting of 19 May 2026 decided on the distribution of a dividend of 0.75 euros per share for the fiscal year 2025.

This amount is distributed in two instalments. An interim dividend of €0.30 per share was paid in cash on December 4, 2025. The balance of €0.45 per share will be paid in cash on June 15, 2026, with an ex-dividend date scheduled for June 11, 2026.

Subject to approval by the next General Shareholders' Meeting, Orange plans to pay a dividend of €0.79 per share for the fiscal year 2026.
