Three ways to hold Orange sharese

You can hold Orange shares in three ways :

Bearer shares
Shares are held in a securities account or a PEA (Plan d’Epargne en Actions) with your financial intermediary. Holding shares in bearer form does not automatically identify you to Orange. To exercise your shareholder rights, receive information, or participate in Shareholders’ Meetings, you will need to contact your financial institution.

Administered registered shares
Shares held with your financial intermediary can be registered in your name in the administered registered form. In this case, your shares are recorded in the register managed by Uptevia (formerly BNP Paribas Securities Services), while your financial intermediary remains your point of contact. This form allows Orange to send meeting invitations and communications directly to you. Fees and custody charges are set by your financial intermediary.

Direct registered shares
Direct registered shares are known as “pure registered shares” in French, or nominatif pur). Your Orange shares are registered in your name directly with Uptevia. Uptevia manages your account and provides a dedicated service for shareholders.
