High speeds and new offers for optimized connectivity 

To meet the needs of the most demanding users, the new Livebox 7 allows all members of a household to benefit from the best Orange Wi-Fi experience (gaming, video, ultra-high definition TV…). Thanks to Wi-Fi 6E several devices can be connected simultaneously to one of the three available frequency bands to benefit from the high-speed and latence-free connection. 

For the residential customers, the Livebox 7 is available as part of the Livebox Max Fibre plan, which has been upgraded to offer faster speeds: up to 5 Gbps downstream and 1 Gbps upstream. Livebox Max customers will continue to benefit from the Wi-Fi serenity to optimize their connection throughout the home (support by Wi-Fi specialists and up to three included repeaters).
The plan is priced at €39.99/month for six months, then €57.99/month for new customers. 

Livebox Up Fibre customers can now enjoy the full power of the Livebox 6 and its Wi-Fi 6E with one repeater included. The Livebox Up Fibre plan is available from €33.99/month for six months, then €51.99/month.

For business customers, the new Livebox Pro Fibre and Open Pro Fibre plans  offer increased speeds: up to 2 Gbps upstream and 8 Gbps downstream. The specific configuration of the Livebox 7 allows you to benefit from two lines for voice and alarm applications, or to set up advanced services such as roaming VPN. 

These offers also include:

  • Triple backup (internet, voice and mobile) with continuous internet access via the mobile network (Airbox Confort Pro), a backup number so that customers do not lose any calls, and mobile rental (Open Pro Fibre plan).
  • Installation of fiber and equipment, optimization of the internet connection and support for use via a 30-minute phone call with Orange experts. 

For new Orange Fibre Pro customers, the Livebox Pro Fibre plan starts at €48 excl. VAT/month for 12 months, then increases to €55 excl. VAT/month.

 

An eco-design approach certified by Bureau Veritas 

The Livebox 7 is part of the eco-design approach recognized by the Bureau Veritas “Footprint Progress” certification. This is an internationally recognized certification body that bases certification solely on the product life cycle (mainly manufacturing, transport, distribution, customer use and end-of-life).

The Livebox 7 has been designed to be easily repairable, with a 100% recycled and recyclable cover, and offers the option of setting a standby mode to reduce energy consumption.

Depending on the eligibility of the speed at the customer's address, maximum theoretical fiber speeds in the areas currently being deployed (up to 2 Gbit/s down and up to 1 Gbit/s up in other areas).

 XGS-PON is a new fiber technology standard that stands for Ten (X) Gigabit Symmetric Passive Optical Network. It offers significantly faster download and upload speeds than existing fiber technologies.
