Orange announces that it has reached a record number of fiber customers, reaffirming its position as France's leading operator. With 10 million customers in France, Orange becomes the first operator in Europe to pass this threshold in its domestic market, marking a major milestone in network modernization.

For Jérôme Hénique, CEO Orange France, "This is a great testament to the trust our customers place in us every day. It also highlights the constant efforts of our teams, who work tirelessly across the entire country to offer everyone the best very high-speed internet experience."

According to the French regulator, ARCEP's most recent report, "User satisfaction with mobile and internet operators" published on 3 April 2025, Orange ranks number one in subscriber satisfaction for the quality of its fiber network. It remains the most highly rated operator across all areas measured by the report, including three key aspects: the quality of the internet connection at home, the quality/reliability of the box, and the quality of television service. Orange has held this position for five consecutive years.

For these 10 million customers, Orange offers comprehensive support so that everyone can benefit from an optimal fiber connection. This includes:

  • Specialized technicians and advisors to assist all customers;
  • Intelligent Wi-Fi technology available in its latest boxes and repeaters, which automatically and in real-time optimizes Wi-Fi performance and coverage without user intervention;
  • XGS-PON technology, enabling fiber speeds of up to 8 Gbit/s, available with the Livebox 7;
  • Expert Fiber installation;
  • The “My Orange” (Orange & moi) app and its "My Local Network" (Mon Réseau Local ) mapping function. 2
