Our inclusion strategy combines these five pillars with global programs to ensure equitable practices everywhere. In September 2025, we released the second edition of the Orange Disability, Neurodiversity, and Accessibility Report, highlighting 20 years of commitment to inclusion and detailing actions related to talent identification, recruitment, employee well-being, and inclusive solutions for customers.

Since 2022, the “Neuroteam” program supports the recruitment, integration, and professional development of neurodiverse employees.
