Executive Vice President, CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA)
Jérôme Hénique was appointed Executive Vice President and CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa on 1st July 2022.
He started his career as a consultant and served as Group Chief Marketing Officer at Orange, Consumer Market Director in France, and Marketing Director in Spain.
In 2010, he began his career in Africa and the Middle East as Deputy CEO of the Sonatel group, where priority was given to digital and financial inclusion through the development of mobile data and the launch and development of Orange Money services.
In 2015, he took over as CEO of Orange Jordan before being appointed CEO of Orange Africa and the Middle East in 2022, which represents 18 countries and more than 135 million customers.
Jérôme Hénique graduated from ENSPTT in Paris and the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
