Executive Vice President Human Resources and Group Transformation
Vincent Lecerf was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Group Transformation on 17 October 2022.
He has held various HR management positions for the Valeo, Poclain Hydraulics, Rhodia and Norbert Dentressangle group.
Previously he was HR Director and a member of the management board for nine years at Tarkett.
Before joining the Group, in January 2017, Vincent Lecerf was appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Imerys, a major French group specializing in industrial minerals
Vincent Lecerf is a graduate of EDHEC Business School and holds an M. Phil in organizational sociology from Paris IX Dauphine.
