Simpler
A more focused strategy for greater agility
We streamlined our enterprise model to improve efficiency and sharpen our focus on our core activity: telecommunications. At the same time, we transformed Orange Business into a service integrator and platform player. Our new operating model is built on five fundamental principles that combine local autonomy with global strength, enabling us to move faster and improve performance in an evolving market.
Stronger
Stronger leadership in the telecom marke
We are now the leader in customer satisfaction (NPS) in 16 countries, with 100 million fiber-ready homes across our footprint. Double-digit growth in Africa and the Middle East, the continued expansion of Orange Cyberdefense, and the creation of MasOrange in Spain have further strengthened our position. Our brand is valued at $18.9 billion and we maintain high ESG ratings (MSCI: BBB; Sustainalytics: Low Risk; ISS: Prime B; EcoVadis: Platinum), confirming our commitment to sustainable growth.
More efficient
Financial and non-financial performance
We exceeded our commitments, delivering strong financial performance across all key indicators, including cash flow, dividends, and shareholder return, while maintaining a solid balance sheet.
In terms of our environmental targets, we significantly surpassed our greenhouse gas reduction goals, moving closer to our net zero carbon ambition for 2040.
We also exceeded our objectives in digital inclusion and diversity.
We exceeded our environmental and social targets in 2025, reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 49.3%, Scope 3 emissions by 16.4%, and achieving an overall 24.5% reduction across all scopes since 2020.
We strengthened our societal impact by supporting 3.3 million people with digital skills and access, while increasing female representation in management to 36%.
