Nadia Zak Calvet, born in 1960, has served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Orange Actions Employee Investment Fund since 2018. Her career has been in the Group’s accounting and finance division.
Since 2019, she has also served as Deputy Central Union Representative for the CFDT, responsible for employee savings and employee share ownership, as well as social dialogue regarding value sharing. She has been a member of the supervisory boards for Orange’s Group savings plan and collective retirement savings plan. As Deputy Secretary of Orange’s Global Group Committee, she is also a member of the international alliance UNI Orange. She is a Sciences Po-certified corporate director and a member of the French Institute of Directors (IFA). She is a French national.
