AI: what started out with fascination or apprehension had now developed into concrete deployment. Artificial intelligence is set to have a massive impact on local authorities in terms of public services. As the first projects begin in certain communities, stakeholders share their vision of the impact of AI on their organization and how AI can create value for public services.
Our round table will discuss “how AI contributes to improving services for citizens, while boosting digital inclusion, helping to create new services, and making life easier for administrators.

The results of the 3rd Data Publica Observatory survey
As a tool for measuring data maturity of local authorities, the Data Publica Observatory survey focuses on the way in which data and AI are helping to transform public services, including managing public lighting, waste, water or transport. The survey covers all aspects of methodological, legal, managerial and cybersecurity issues. This time around, an additional survey was conducted among the public by the IPSOS institute. It asked the same questions to gauge how citizens are reacting to AI and data being used within public services.
During the round table, speakers will discuss the key learnings and share a range of data management infrastructures and solutions.
