Orange has committed more than €750 million to Capital Investment through its Orange Digital Investment holding company. Orange Digital Investment is used to finance and support innovative projects, explore new business ventures and contribute to the Group’s transformation. It also helps create value in a responsible manner for Orange and our wider ecosystem.
Our mission
Orange Digital Investment holds the Group’s commitments in terms of Capital Investment. These commitments enable the Group’s entities to seize opportunities for commercial, technological and strategic partnerships with portfolio companies, while supporting innovation, improving our access to various ecosystems and creating synergies with innovative young business ventures.
How our investments help create sustainable value
Orange Digital Investment holds Orange’s €350 million contribution to the internal Orange Ventures fund and has committed an additional amount of over €400 million in funds managed by external management companies.
These 20 or so external funds mainly focus on technology-related investments but also cover the environment and nature, in line with the Group’s purpose.
Over the 15 years to 2021, nearly 500 companies have been directly or indirectly financed by Orange.
