What is Orange’s Femmes Entrepreneuses program?

Launched in 2018, Femmes Entrepreneuses is Orange’s accelerator program for women founders and cofounders of growing tech startups. It’s designed for businesses that are already up and running, with a digital product or service on the market and their first customers on board, and are ready for their next phase of growth.

Since it began, the program has supported more than 750 women entrepreneurs across France, including the overseas territories. It’s part of Orange’s commitment to entrepreneurship and greater diversity in tech, alongside our work to make digital technology more inclusive. This includes Hello Women, our program encouraging greater gender diversity in technical and digital careers. We believe innovation benefits when people bring different backgrounds and experiences to the table.
