Paris // Wednesday, April 15, 2026 — ZEBOX and Orange announce the signing of a strategic partnership to co-develop and deploy innovative technology solutions at scale, supporting the transformation of large organizations. As part of this collaboration, Orange becomes a partner of ZEBOX, the innovation accelerator initiated by the CMA CGM Group, strengthening synergies between the ecosystems of both groups.

This partnership combines Orange's industrial strength and its expertise in telecommunications and digital services with the innovation capabilities of the startups supported by ZEBOX.

It is fully aligned with Orange's open innovation strategy, which is based on collaboration with startups, industrial partners, developers and academic players to foster the emergence of new technological solutions.

Its ambition is clear: to accelerate the transformation of emerging technologies into concrete solutions that can be deployed at scale across the sectors in which the CMA CGM Group, Orange and their partners operate.

By joining ZEBOX, Orange gains access to an international network of startups and industrial partners, strengthening its ability to integrate innovative solutions into its operations as well as into its B2B offerings.

For its part, ZEBOX will leverage Orange's global presence, infrastructure and ecosystems to accelerate the scaling of solutions developed with startups.

ZEBOX and Orange teams will work together to identify, test and industrialize high-potential technologies across several shared priorities:

  • Digital infrastructures,
  • Artificial intelligence and data,
  • Employee, customer and operational experience,
  • Digital trust and cybersecurity,
  • Responsible digital.

Leveraging its platform strategy and the power of its telecom infrastructures, Orange will enable startups to deliver ready-to-use solutions capable of creating value rapidly at scale.

Beyond access to a startup network, this partnership opens up new experimentation and deployment opportunities for ZEBOX, by providing access to Orange's networks, infrastructures, platforms and customer base across multiple countries. It also serves as a lever to explore new use cases around large-scale artificial intelligence, within a responsible approach grounded in trust, transparency and a long-term vision.

The most promising projects will be tested, co-developed and then deployed at scale, thanks to Orange's ability to operate industrial solutions in demanding environments.

Shared innovation priorities

This partnership is structured around three major innovation pillars:

  • Technological competitiveness, through the development of advanced solutions in artificial intelligence, data and digital infrastructures.
  • Employee well-being and safety, through technologies that improve working conditions and everyday experience.
  • Environmental impact, by fostering the development of responsible digital solutions to support more sustainable industry transformation.

“Innovation is a key lever to strengthen companies' competitiveness, and in this respect, this partnership with Orange is fully aligned with ZEBOX's mission: to connect startups with large corporations and their ecosystems in order to accelerate innovation and the deployment of technological solutions addressing concrete industrial and environmental challenges.”Frédéric Guilleux, CEO of ZEBOX.

“By combining the sector expertise of the CMA CGM Group, Orange's technological capabilities as a global telecommunications and digital services provider, and the agility of ZEBOX startups, this partnership aims to bring to life technology solutions ready to be deployed in real operational environments. It is also an opportunity for the Group to collaborate more closely with innovative startups and explore new use cases around AI, data and digital infrastructures.”Jérôme Berger, Strategy and Venture Capital Director at Orange.
