For the next intake in September 2022, applications are open from 15 March to 30 June 2022. Pass the news on!

Be a work-study ambassador: the Orange CFA is a center of excellence to access future jobs.

Why join the Orange CFA?

Orange offers both the training school and the course content. Once accepted into the CFA, candidates no longer need to look for a company for their work-study program as they join our teams. The courses offered relate to future digital professions and lead to increased recruitment prospects, as evidenced by the Orange CFA 2020 cohort, most of whom went on to find a job.

Joining an Orange diploma course also means joining a stimulating professional environment, recognized for its expertise and responsible commitment guided by our purpose.

Selected candidates take part in our collective challenge by joining one of our four courses on offer:

As proof of its quality, the Orange CFA received certification from Qualiopi in 2021.

Good to know: future work-study students on the Call-out Technician course will be working on major world sporting events scheduled for 2023 and 2024.

Joining Orange offers an exciting experience in an international environment. Present in 26 countries, Orange is one of the main telecommunications network operators in the world, with 271 million customers, including 224 million mobile customers and 23 million fixed broadband customers as of 31 December 2021. We are also a leading telecommunications provider for multinational companies, under the Orange Business Services brand.

What is a corporate CFA?

In France, the “Avenir professionnel” law has opened the possibility for companies to launch their own apprentice training center. A corporate CFA is a work-study training solution which helps students or people training in a new profession to develop new skills while adapting to a company’s specific needs to tackle their skills challenge.
