Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner

 

Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner born in 1969, is a member of the Management Board (Directoire) of Publicis Group, the world’s third largest company in the field of communication and advertising. As group General Secretary, she is in charge of human resources, procurement, legal affairs, compliance and governance, CSR as well as internal audit and control and risk management. As member of the Management Board, she participates in the all strategic decisions regarding the transformation of the Group.
She also worked on the merger of Publicis with Omnicom in 2013, and the acquisition of Sapient in the United States in 2015 and of Epsilon in 2019. She began her career as a Financial Inspector before joining the Treasury Department as deputy manager of Social Housing Financing. She joined Euris from 2000 to 2004 as Head of the Corporate Finance in charge of all financial operations for Euris and Casino. After having contributed to EDF’s initial public offering strategy, she then held the positions of Chief of Staff (2004-2005) and Special Adviser (2005-2007) respectively with the French Secretary of State for the Reform of State and then with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management within SNCF (2007-2010) where she developed and strengthened the role of audit and compliance functions (ethics, fraud prevention, etc.), she then became Senior Banker and Managing Director at the Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, in charge of a portfolio of listed companies. She joined Publicis group in 2012.
Anne-Gabrielle Heilbronner is a Financial Inspector, an alumna of the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA), and a graduate of ESCP- Europe and of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and also holds a postgraduate degree in tax law and public finances and a master’s degree in public law. She is a French national.
