Cybersecurity:
providing a shield for everyone
Orange Cyberdefense is at the forefront of our cybersecurity strategy. Operating in twelve countries with 36 Security Operations Centers (SOCs), it protects millions of individuals and businesses from online threats. In 2024, we rolled out B2C cybersecurity solutions in five countries and B2B offerings in four countries. This includes the Orange Cybersecure pack, which protects users from unwanted calls and cyberthreats such as phishing, hacking, malware, and viruses. The goal is to make these services available across all our regions by 2030. We also fight online scams and train users to spot threats through awareness campaigns and tools like the Orange Cybersecure website, which lets anyone verify if a web page or link is suspicious. Any new suspicious link detected is added to Orange Cyberdefense’s database so the Cybersecure Pack can block it automatically. Simple and effective.

Ethical and responsible AI,
a top priority
Artificial intelligence is transforming our lives and work, but it also raises questions in terms of ethics and transparency. At Orange, we have committed to trustworthy, ethical, and responsible AI, implementing our various systems by following our Ethical AI Charter, respecting user rights, minimizing algorithmic bias, and maintaining human oversight of automated decisions. We have gone a step further, establishing an independent Data and AI Ethics Council in a consultative role with a key focus on ensuring AI remains a tool for progress, not a source of risk.
