Magali Vallée, born in 1972, is currently a sales advisor in an Orange store in Trignac (Loire-Atlantique, France). She began her career on a fixed-term contract in 1997 with France Telecom as a phone advisor for the general public customer service and then for the professional customer service. She was hired on a permanent contract in 1999 within the distribution network. Her sense of human values and her desire to be helpful, led her to begin working in trade union career in 2007. Her choice has been confirmed by her functions as an employee delegate, trade union delegate, elected member of the health, safety and working conditions committee of the Agence Distribution Ouest and elected member of the works council of the Direction Orange Ouest during several terms of office. Then, she was deputy treasurer of the works council from 2014 to 2017 and president of the professional equality commission. Before joining the Orange’s Board of Directors, she was elected to the social and economic committee of the Orange Grand Ouest Direction, and was mandated as a coordinating delegate for the CGT trade union. She is a French national.
