For digital industry players, infrastructure, networks, and connectivity services

We support digital sovereignty across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East and enhance the attractiveness of local communities and cities. Globally, we serve telecom operators, internet service providers, major cloud players, content providers, and local authorities.

Connecting the regions

Connectivity is a critical component of regional development. It determines access to digital services, makes communities more attractive, supports the continuity of public services, and drives economic development. We therefore provide connectivity services to remote territories such as Wallis and Futuna, where we have deployed an advanced satellite solution to complement existing submarine connectivity. This solution improves the diversity and resilience of connectivity for businesses and individuals in remote areas.

Providing high-performance connectivity solutions

Orange Wholesale strengthens connectivity with services for telecom operators, global cloud players, and major internet and content providers. We offer a comprehensive range of wholesale services: international connectivity through our submarine, terrestrial, and satellite infrastructure; data transport; roaming, voice, and messaging services; as well as Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) connectivity solutions (enabling customers to easily manage and adapt their networks and connectivity services independently and in real time).

Sharing Our Infrastructure

Our subsidiary TOTEM enables operators to install their antennas on its 27,000 towers, rooftops, and other mobile sites managed in France and Spain as of the end of 2025. This infrastructure-sharing model accelerates deployment, facilitates interconnection, and improves network coverage, particularly in complex urban areas, while minimizing networks’ environmental and visual footprint.

Managing city data in real time

Alongside its infrastructure—including fiber, 4G/5G, and IoT networks—we provide local governments with Smart City solutions designed to optimize public services, reduce operating and maintenance costs, and improve residents’ quality of life. We also analyze data to assess an area’s appeal to tourists and businesses and to help target public funding.

Communicating in emergencies

In the event of an outage or major incident, we help authorities and organizations maintain essential communications. We contribute to real-time public alert systems such as FR-Alert in France, which sends notifications to the phones of people located in an at-risk area. We also provide backup communications solutions designed to operate independently and support business continuity during crises.

The global internet and the digital future of communities depend on high-performance, reliable, and secure connectivity infrastructure and networks. In the age of AI, Orange Wholesale’s ambition is to become Europe’s leading provider of trusted infrastructure, networks, and connectivity services, accessible worldwide with just one click.
